Expedition One AZFJ.org Mod Party

The weekend before our big trip to the Pacific Northwest we participated in a modification party hosted by Turtleback Trailers and AZFJ.org. At least 8 vehicles received modifications that day. A few folks installed both front and rear bumpers from Expedition One. Our FJ only got the front but when budgets allow I look forward to installing the Expedition One bumper with swing out. A few times a year folks from AZFJ decide to get together and help each other out. It’s a great way to save on installation costs, learn more about your vehicle and others, and just have fun hanging out with fellow enthusiasts. Turtleback Trailers was on its summer break. Dave, the owner, was gracious enough to offer his shop. A group buy offered by Expedition One and organized by a member from AZFJ.

All in all, it was a great day. A few people cooked for the group, plenty of people that had done previous installs came by to help and it just shows how many great people are in the off-road/overlanding community.
